Chicken Stir Fry Tip -
Peanut Oil

Peanut has a high smoking point, and is a favorable choice for stir-frying, as is extra light olive oil, which imparts great flavor when stir-frying vegetables.

Chicken Stir Fry Tip -
Dark Sesame Oil

The sesame oil is added last and can be added after the wok has been removed from the heat. Dark sesame oil adds great flavor but burns easily.

Chicken Stir Fry Tip -
Chinese Egg Noodles

Chinese egg noodles come in both round bird nest like noodles and long straight noodles. Find the round version if possible.
